This home is a modern version of a Craftsman style that features large open & connected living spaces. The center axis of the plan contains the open staircase leading up to a catwalk with operable skylights above for natural ventilation.  On one side of the center stair core is the family room, dining room and kitchen, along with an office and powder room.  On the other side of the stairs is a two story structure with the master bedroom suite, laundry and mudroom on the first floor, and bedrooms and an amazing yoga studio with views out to the forested yard on the second floor.

The exterior is a combination of Hardie Board siding anchored with a stone base.  The front and back of the central core and family room exterior walls facing the rear yard are all glazed with floor to ceiling black clad window walls.
