This five story, 60 unit condo building concept was designed for the Terrestris Development Company. The plan consists of a lobby, common space and parking on the ground level, with four floors each containing fifteen condos. The unit mix ranges from one bedroom/one bath units to three bedroom/two and a half bath units. The building is a classically detailed masonry design.
